- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2018-02-15, by Joe EndacottPlease, do not ever use this firm. You could be ripped-off like I was when I had a faulty battery 12 - 15 months into my two-year. contract. I could not get it replaced without paying for it. I ended up having to buy another phone. Terrible customer service too. Staff in shop had no idea of consumer rights.
